Reconnect with Nature 

In today's fast-paced and unstable world, it's crucial to find places where we can achieve calmness. Reconnecting with nature is the best place for this to happen. 

There is plenty of research reinforcing how spending time in nature can be associated with various health benefits. Greater exposure to nature is strongly linked to better health and well-being. Additionally, spending time in nature has been found to also have positive effects on mental health, cognition, and emotional well-being. All factors that can help reduce risk of burn out, reduce stress, help increase morale, productivity and support companies with their health and well being strategy for their employees.

Where possible, I offer to extend my coaching, mentoring and sparring partner services to be done in nature. By being out in serene natural environments that we have on our doorstep, it allows people to unwind, reflect, and find inner peace. Through guided exercises I help cultivate mindfulness and develop techniques to manage stress and improve well-being, both in a team and individual environment.
